You are telling the truth. In that way, the tires you will be drawing can be for an SUV.

In car sketch, tire size is set to the same size as tire house because it has a purpose for making it attractive appearance. Then, all sketches are going to be a style like SUV like you said.

Let’s try to avoid drawing lower part of tires, and make vehicle height look lower.
